The most successful Free School groups are those with a range of individuals, skills and contacts. You can use these pages to make connections beyond your immediate community:
- Use our Forums to share experiences and learn from others;
- Our Volunteers database is where you can find individuals and organisations keen to work with Free Schools. The Service Providers directory will tell you about companies who would like to work with you;
- You can also promote your group's needs here, so that potential volunteers can find and contact you directly.
Forums
Share your thoughts and opinions on all education matters on our forums: The general forum is open for anyone to read, but you will have to Sign up and Log in to add your comments and post new topics.
Volunteers directory
You can use the volunteers directory to find and contact people with the particular skills which will enhance your group's expertise:
- Groups can create a profile so that volunteers and service providers (commercial, charitable and pro-bono) can find you. You can also contact volunteers directly;
- Individual volunteers can register their skills and find groups. It's also where groups can find volunteers with the particular skills they are looking for and make contact directly.
Service Providers directory
If you are a commercial company, charity, existing Academy or a Free School and are interested in offering pro-bono or paid for services to Free Schools and those setting them up, the Service Providers Directory is where you can register the services you offer.
NSN does not endorse any particular provider of services.
